Due to the variety of businesses and learning needs the team supports, the work requires a high degree of strategy to identify holistic learning needs, creativity in developing solutions, and agility and collaboration to deliver solutions worldwide.

The Senior Manager is responsible for end-to-end development of leadership development solutions that will serve audiences globally at multiple leadership levels across multiple businesses. They lead a team of professionals who perform multiple functions on a project, including Project Management and Instructional Design. They must be able to quickly assess audience demographics and identify the appropriate learning solution to meet the business need, including: instructor led, blended, experiential, media based, performance support, and other emerging technologies.

This position collaborates and influences multiple level leaders and teams within the learning organization, client representatives, and external learning industry partners. Individuals are required to work with a high degree of collaboration and consultation. Priorities change rapidly, so the ability to pivot quickly and effectively is an absolute requirement.


  • Lead a team of leadership development professionals in multiple locations to drive iterative solutions
  • Design, develop, and deliver holistic products and experiences for new hires and new leaders for TWDC globally
  • Ensure learning and development solutions are aligned to integrated HR strategies and measured to effectively impact key business priorities
  • Facilitate in person and virtual sessions for global, multi-regional employees
  • Oversight of delivery operations for all learning experiences (ex: new hire orientation and new leader learning experiences for multiple regional sites either virtually and/or in person)
  • Partner closely with all learning and Enterprise partner groups across all global/ regional business areas
  • Conduct annual planning for all assigned learning solutions
  • Partner closely with internal communications teams to update orientation content as large organizational changes occur
  • Align solutions to TWDC culture and DE&I principles and pillars
  • Develop branded material in support of learning solutions
