Job Description

We are looking for an experienced manager to be a founding member and leader of a healthcare integrations team. This role will be part of the broader Customer Success organization, responsible for building deep and strategic integrations between a healthcare organization and our customer's health ecosystems. You’ll work directly with the Customer Success, Clinical, Product teams, and most strategic partners to implement scalable programs that facilitate inbound and outbound referrals, drive utilization of the digital healthcare product, and ensure our members are receiving the appropriate care that they need.

What you'll do:

  • Work with our customers and their partners to integrate the product within their health and welllness ecosystems
  • Develop deep understanding of utilization and transfer best practices in the healthcare space, especially between providers, care navigators, COEs, EMOs, etc.
  • Help members get the care they need at key “moments that matter” (in MSK, mental health, metabolic care, etc)
  • Create documentation (call scripts, email templates, and FAQs) and implement new technologies that improve the scalability of our process
  • Work with product and data teams to build, measure, and scale these care integration processes

About you:

  • 5+ years of Customer Success, Strategic Partnerships or Operations experience, preferably in healthcare; utilization management knowledge is a plus
  • Experience building and managing highly effective operational processes at scale
  • Ability to work directly with senior leaders and external partners to build, implement, and optimize inbound and outbound referral processes
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to work directly with senior leadership while also creating and maintaining process documentation
  • Ability to operate strategically and independently in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment
  • Passionate about bringing world-class healthcare to those who need it
  • No ego, highly collaborative, goal-oriented, and confident

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
