The Leadership Development Manager is responsible for end-to-end development of leadership development solutions that will serve audiences globally at multiple leadership levels across multiple businesses. They lead a team of professionals who perform multiple functions on a project, including Project Management and Instructional Design. They must be able to quickly assess audience demographics and identify the appropriate learning solution to meet the business need, including: instructor led, blended, experiential, media based, performance support, and other emerging technologies.
This position interacts directly with multiple teams within the learning organization, client representatives, and external learning industry partners. Individuals are required to work with a high degree of collaboration and consultation. Priorities change rapidly, so the ability to pivot quickly and effectively is an absolute requirement.
Lead team of leadership development professionals in multiple locations to drive iterative solutions
Design, develop and deliver learning products and experiences for leaders at all levels for TWDC globally
Ensure learning and development solutions are aligned to integrated HR strategies and measured to effectively impact key business priorities
Facilitate in person and virtual sessions for global, multi-regional employees
Execute on strategy for large scale leadership development experiences (supporting each global region)
Lead and drive a progressive on-demand learning strategy
Align with internal technology partners on content platform solutions
Partner closely with all learning partner groups across all global/ regional business areas
Align solutions to DE&I principles and pillars
Develop branded material in support of learning solutions
Able to role model the leadership behaviors we design and deliver
Able to design rapid solutions that create meaningful and impactful leadership behaviors
Adaptable and able to lead the team through ambiguous work demands successfully
