Welcome to the New England EMS Institute (NEEMSI)! We are a division of Elliot Health System and the Elliot Hospital in Manchester, NH. NEEMSI is a career EMS school offering National Registry of Emergency Medical Technician certification courses including EMT, Advanced EMT (AEMT), and Paramedic.


The Program Manager is responsible for the organizational and financial management of the New England EMS Institute. This position plans, organizes and directs activities related to EMS Education within the environment of care for Elliot Hospital and Elliot Health System. Other duties include maintaining the educational standards that are required for local, state and national entities.


Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum five (5) years EMS education experience required. Management experience preferred.

Licensure/Certification: Current National Registry Paramedic, State of NH Paramedic, and State of NH I/C license. The following AHA Certifications are also required: Provider: BLS, ACLS, PALS; Instructor: Core Curriculum, BLS, ACLS, PALS preferred; International Trauma Life Support (ITLS) - Advanced Instructor or Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) Instructor preferred.
