Education: Possession of a bachelor's degree that is acceptable within the United States' accredited college or university system.
Experience: Four (4) years of full-time, paid professional work experience in an employee benefits setting as a Human Resources Analyst with the County of Fresno or equivalent, of which at least one (1) year of experience must have been served in a supervisory capacity over professional staff.
License: Possession of a valid Class "C" driver's license, or equivalent.
