Job Description

The Fresno County Department of Human Resources has a rewarding and challenging career opportunity available for the position of Benefits Manager. Fresno County is seeking an experienced and innovative professional to fill this Management level position and lead the County Employee Benefits efforts.

Minimum Qualifications: Education: Possession of a bachelor's degree that is acceptable within the United States' accredited college or university system. Experience: Four (4) years of full-time, paid professional work experience in an employee benefits setting as a Human Resources Analyst with the County of Fresno or equivalent, of which at least one (1) year of experience must have been served in a supervisory capacity over professional staff. License: Possession of a valid Class "C" driver's license, or equivalent.
