The Milk Fat Commercialization Manager will work to guide the sales strategy for the milk fat business with the support of the Vice President Sales and Marketing. He/she will develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers while actively building business with potential customers, serving as the primary commercial interface.
Acquire and leverage deep insight that leads to customer loyalty, improved product positioning, and new sales and sales price improvement. Provides leadership toward the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes strategies and tactical plans to expand profitability by customer and to expand the customer base within assigned as well as new market segments.
