Condé Nast is seeking a Credits Manager to manage the gathering, organization , formatting, and validation of fashion credits for Vogue.
Responsibilities may include:
Oversee flow of layouts and InCopy digital files for the Fashion department
Manage and prioritize workflow for all credits needed from fashion department
Works closely with fashion, jewelry, and accessories market editors to request credit information from designers
Organize credits for all ready-to-wear, jewelry, and accessories featured in the magazine
Fact check/confirm credit information with designers
Write (input in InCopy) all fashion credit captions
Act as point person between fashion, features, production, and copy departments on all fashion credits
Source e-commerce buy links for Index section for digital version of the magazine
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Credit editor
Some knowledge of the fashion brands and designers
Extremely detail oriented
Organized, able to adhere to deadlines
Strong communication skills and writing skills
