POSITION DESCRIPTION:

As a Sales Manager you’ll be on the front line of our goal to find and develop “Customers for Life " in your protected territory. Through a strong work ethic and enthusiastic attitude, you will be responsible for building, developing, and leading your team of professional Territory Managers.

Responsibilities Include:

Prospecting, and promoting Green Guard First Aid products within a defined sales territory through internal referrals and external lead generation.

  • Managing Territory Managers activity to achieve monthly goals.
  • Working with Uniform sales teams to promote team selling opportunities
  • Instruct CPR/First Aid and AED classes.
  • Responsible for achieving Monthly and Yearly revenue contribution goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:

  • 2+ years B2B selling or account management
  • 1 + year management experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or related industry experience
